Elle J. Starting a Day in the Dolfina Food Forest

Today, the goal is to seed Smart Bed One, a 1 foot high by 5 foot diameter round bed with Mustards, Chards, Carrots and Corn. Smart Bed One already has kale trees we nursed from cuttings over the winter and onions we replant from our onion patches every year.
